What sizes are available for the wreaths?
We offer our wreaths in the following sizes:
- 12-inch: Inner diameter ~8 inches; outer diameter ~12 inches
- 16-inch: Inner diameter ~12 inches; outer diameter ~16 inches
- 18-inch: Inner diameter ~14 inches; outer diameter ~18 inches
- 24-inch: Inner diameter ~20 inches; outer diameter ~24 inches
- 30-inch: Inner diameter ~26 inches; outer diameter ~30 inches
How should I care for my wreath?
- Place your wreath in a covered outdoor area to protect it from rain.
- Direct sunlight may cause the colors to fade over time.
- As a handmade, natural product, minor shedding during transit is normal.
Important: Keep loose leaves away from children and pets, as some greenery may be a choking hazard or toxic if ingested.
What should I do when my wreath arrives?
Open the box immediately upon arrival and either remove the garland from the box and place it into a plastic trash bag, or place the bag on top of the garland in the box.
Mist lightly with water and store loosely tied or loosely covered in a dark place, away from heat. Mist before and during decorating for the event.
Can I leave my wreath in the box until I need it?
No, please open the box immediately upon delivery. The wreath is perishable and needs airflow to stay fresh.
Can I return or exchange my wreath?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of this product.
However, if your wreath arrives damaged, please submit a damage claim within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos for us to assist you.
What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?
- We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, but sometimes things don’t go as planned.
- Delayed Orders: Contact us as soon as possible. If there’s still time, we may be able to send a replacement. If the order arrives too late, we’ll issue a refund once the tracking confirms the delay.
- Damaged Orders: Please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll assess whether a refund or replacement is the best solution.

The wreath is beautiful and exactly as expected. I had a major shipping delay, not the fault of Woodland, and they were so kind to immediately send me a fresh replacement wreath. I would highly recommend them.
