Step 2 — Place Your Order to Reserve Your Date

Your order reserves your production and shipping window. Because all garlands are made fresh to order, availability can fill quickly — ordering earlier gives you the best chance to secure your event date.

Step 3 — Order Review & Confirmation

For orders placed more than two months in advance, we will send a follow-up email to confirm details. This is a great time to double-check quantities, lengths, and add any last-minute additions.

Step 4 — Your Garland Ships

Once your garland is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details from the carrier so you can follow your delivery right to your door.

Step 5 — Unpack & Hydrate

When your garland arrives, remove it from packaging right away. We’ll send care instructions to help you hydrate and store your greenery so it stays full, fresh, and photo-ready for your event.

   Leading up to your event lightly mist once daily with cool water to maintain freshness. Avoid soaking.

5. Avoid Direct Heat Once Styled
