Is it normal for the garland to shed during transit?

Yes, shedding of small pieces during transit is natural. However, keep leaves away from children and pets as some greenery may be a choking hazard or poisonous.

How do I make sure my Garland is fresh for my event?

Select your event date before adding the garland to your cart. We'll ship it out 3-4 days early to ensure it arrives in time. Garlands stay fresh for 7-10 days.

Once it arrives, just follow the care instructions that come with your order.

Can I leave my garland in the box till my event?

No, we recommend opening the box immediately upon arrival. Follow the care instructions to keep the garland fresh for your event.

What should I do when my garland arrives?

Open the box immediately upon arrival and either remove the garland from the box and place it into a plastic trash bag, or place the bag on top of the garland in the box.

Mist lightly with water and store loosely tied or loosely covered in a dark place, away from heat. Mist before and during decorating for the event.

Can I return my garland?

Due to the perishable nature of the item we are unable to accept returns. All damage claims must be made within 24 hours with photos. We are not responsible for delays in transit, please contact the post office for assistance.
